In 1989, Ron Henderson & Ron Catellier founded Alberta
Feed & Consulting Ltd. With determination and an idea of what they
wanted their company to become, the two entrepreneurs set out to deliver
a high quality product to swine producers in Central and Northern
Alberta. Their philosophy was that in order to maximize producer's
bottom line, product quality must be maximized. High quality inputs were
needed to produce a high quality, consistent output, and this was the
idea that Alberta Feed & Consulting was built on.
The idea caught on and continues today as Alberta Feed
and Consulting Ltd. has been a successful supplier of quality livestock
premixes and supplements for over 15 years. Still independently owned
and operated by Henderson and Catellier, this company now serves
Alberta's four main livestock industries - swine, beef, dairy and
poultry.
